Maintenance Plan Terms

Important Information & Stipulations:

(This list covers the most common items but does not include every possible stipulation. Please ask if you have any questions.)

• All maintenance visits must be scheduled during normal business hours

• HVAC repair discounts do not apply to refrigerant, equipment (such as coils, condensers, furnaces), or IAQ products.

• Labor warranties on repairs are included with all plans (1–3 years depending on the plan). In some cases, the warranty period may be shorter if other repairs are needed and not completed that could affect the repaired part.

• Plumbing repair discounts apply only to plumbing services offered by Faith Mechanical. Some plumbing work is outside our scope, and discounts do not apply in those cases.

• IAQ maintenance and repair discounts apply to indoor air quality products such as electronic filters, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, and UV lights/air cleaners.

• Water spigot use during maintenance: AC maintenance (and sometimes furnace maintenance) requires use of an outdoor water spigot. Customers must ensure their spigot works properly and does not leak inside the home when turned on. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if a working spigot is not available or accessible. By enrolling in a maintenance plan, you grant Faith Mechanical permission to use your spigot. Faith Mechanical is not responsible for water damage caused by faulty spigots or piping. If you do not have a working hose spigot let us know and we will work to find a way around this.

• Filters: We will replace filters with customer supplied filters at any visit. If you would like Faith Mechanical to provide filters, please request them at least 48 hours before your appointment (additional cost applies). A year’s supply of filters may also be purchased when signing up for the maintenance plan, and we will bring the required filter(s) at each visit. Please note that in some cases this option may not be available (for example, specialty sizes/types or supply limitations).
