Bought a new house and Faith Mechanical made sure they were there right after we got the keys. They had our air conditioner cleaned and water heater repaired in no time. Faith Mechanical has serviced both my heating and cooling systems. Jon is as much a consultant as he is a first rate service technician. He gave me some great tips on keeping the fan running at certain temps to help extend the life of my very old equipment. I believe his exact words were “some of my components belong in a museum”😊. Our property manager left my girlfriend and 2 German shepherds without air conditioning for over a week on 90 degree days.

One Phone call and Faith Mechanical was there within 20 minutes. After another 10 minutes he found the issue, a temporary way around it, and was already on the hunt for the part we needed.

He stayed in contact with us through the entire process and even after our business was through, he checked up on us to see how we were doing.

Jon came by to see why the water pressure in my house was low. He discovered a kink in the main pipe leading into the house plus a cracked valve. It sits on a slab so he had to be careful not to cause additional damage.

Being an older home, it was discovered that the water heater leaked and the only one in our city that was available to replace it was going to take him a few extra hours of time to obtain. He was patient and kind. Customer service is his middle name.

He had to add a shut off valve to that hot water heater because the other one did not have.

The leaking had rusted out the tile floor so we replaced the floor with LVT waterproof tiling.

And a shut off valve for the washer because it did not have.

The utility sink was replaced as the faucet was discovered to be rusted out.

And last, but not least, the water pressure regulator, which I did not know about, he replaced. The water company came out and found it in the yard. It was not working and Jon ordered a new one and replaced.

I was so nervous that the bill was going to be so huge; he made numerous trips to stores and was really pleased with the price.

More than that, I was pleased with his professionalism, dedication, knowledge, commitment and caring.
